Supermodel Magdalena Wrobel was born in the resort town of Sopot, Poland. She was discovered at the age of 15 after being photographed by a local photographer at the urging of a friend. At the age of 18 Magdalena secured her modeling potential by placing second in the 1993 Ford Supermodel of the World contest. She began modeling with Eastern Models in Warsaw, before jetting to Paris and the US.
